ITC and ITC BA
Clearance lette

I have paid off my account and faxed proof of payments each month was then told a letter of clearance will be sent to me. I went to UNISA and was told i am still owing. If the Itcba bunch of bright sparks have been following up on my payment and updating accordingly I wouldn't be in this position can someone fix this. Its an irritation and a half.
