Cannot get feedback, parcels late

Two parcels arrived in the country on Monday, I was issued the invoice and paid both and they were submitted for clearance, manged to get confirmation from an agent that both had been submitted for clearance. I also received two payment receipt confirmations from DHL. I received no feedback until Friday, despite saying in the email that clearance would take 8-12 hours or a consultant would contact me. On Friday I spent close to 1h30mins on the phone to find out that they were still not sure if duties had been paid on the one package, and another story that both had been again resubmitted for clearance. After confirming with several agents and officials, it was confirmed that payment had been received. Now this morning, I again see that BOTH packages are now "Awaiting authorization of/or advance duty payment from customer". I have paid for both parcels, I submitted proof of payments, I received payment confirmations from DHL, multiple agents and officials confirmed payment had been received and parcels had been submitted for clearance. I HAVE TO SHIP ORDERS TO CLIENTS ON MONDAY MORNING AND I DON'T HAVE THE GOODS YET!?! I have held up my end of the deal, it is time for DHL to!
