Still waiting for clearance lette

I complained about shapiro shaik defries and associates on may regarding my Jet account. They promised to send me a clearance letter, I'm still waiting for that letter since may. And I haven't received any call from anyone since a layed a complain. Why do they call us and demand money but when we are done paying they no longer tell us what's the next step?
I want to move on with my life. I don't want to pay another R4000. My husband and I want to buy a house but that won't be possible because I have ti clear my name first. And its hard for me to get a job. Please I want that clearance letter sent to P.O Box 2135 malamulele 0982. I want to move on with my life. I'll be expecting a call. I won't call you again because you don't pick up your phones.
