Still NO UCount Rewards Card

I joined the programme in June. On the 5th August I sent an email to follow up as I had not yet received my rewards card. Maleeka Salie responded to say the postal address was incorrect and a new one would be sent out. I am not sure how this could be as in March my details were updated at a branch. Are all the different divisions using different data? On the 03/09/2013 I received a sms to say the post was returned. I
did not concern myself with this as I thought it was the initial one and another one had been sent out by Maleeka.By the 17th September I still had not received anything and phoned & spoke to Jason at 10h51 ref 4005721. He said it had been sent out the previous week. I was not too happy with this as this was a month later than Maleeka had said it would be sent out. On 15th October I still had not received and sent another email to which Stephen Newton responded with ref: 4063483 to say it would be resent.and yet I have still not received the card after checking the post 2 to 3 times a week. Last week on the 15th &18th November I received a sms to say UCount post had been returned. Clearly my address has not been changed. I won't be able to use at Christmas. Sharon
