FNB makes payment for custome

List of events in point form:
I had my debt protection activated due to retrenchments
Had because FNB was still taking my money (UIF) and did not activate my debt protection
Eventually they got it right
When my debt protection ended, they were suppose to start deducting as usual.
They did not take the 1st January installment due so I assumed everything was in order because during debt protection i got notified of amounts due but was told not to worry because i was covered.
i was called to say that I owe double on the 1st of feb. I said i cannot afford double and explained the above.
i was told its my problem/responsibility by the wonderful Babara and she added that if i do not pay the full amount it will carry to the next month with an additional R300 (around there).
I asked why they did not take the installment when it was not in arrears to which they replied "ur debit order was not activated"
I did not give this instruction to this very day
10min ago my debit order was miraculously activated and 2 months money was taken off.
FNB and their super rude incompetent Credit card staff. You get to keep ANC and lose me... but you're fine with that hey?
