Account not closed refusal

I went under debt counselling still FNB is deducting theire credit card installment i stopped all debit orders according to my debt councelors instruction Debt Erasor FNB ignored the request and refused to close the account, because im still paying a smart device i will pay that by myself as per debt counselor instruction but still both accounts at FNB must be closed i dont even have my cards anymore as i dedtroyed both of them i am not going to request another card for that purpose. I'm instructing FNB not to contact me directly but negotiate with Debt Eraser Keshnie and Niksha. I'm sure a court order can be obtained to stop these deductions. And close both my accounts
