Unable to cancel Debt Protection charge on CR Card

I tried to log the cancellation of my debt protection telephonically with the FNB call centre for my FNB Credit Card almost a month ago. The numbers given by the call centre agent did not exist. I therefore logged a request via the FNB website as a complaint. There has been zero response since then and I have once again been charged with debt protection charges. I am not impressed with the lack of service.
