Absa wont cancel contract with a bogus deale

I recently bought a car with weriba motors its a vw golf 6 1.4 tsi i was told the car its relatively because of the few k'ms it has on the clock only to find out i was being to the car recently broke and i contacted the dealer who is bernie at weriba motors who said i need to take the car to the nearest vw because the car had warranty and service plan i did as he said and i contacted vw road assist who first sent a technician to looked at the car and then booked the vw for repairs at vw alberton it was then discovered that the car is a code 2 qnd vw was not going to assist with the warranty because the car was in an accident before and it was repaired or panel beat in a not approved vw manner or it was not taken to approved vw panel beater, i then called the dealer to let him know that the car he sold was a code 2 and vw is not prepared to cover the cost he then told me he is not going to pay i asked who wa supposed to pay because the car he sold was damaged goods with defects he still not willing to pay this has caused me inconvinience and stress people should be aware of weriba motors these are not good people, and absa repoed the car they dont want to intervene regarding thi
