Discovery Insure
NO EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE!!!

After a burglary at our home on Tuesday 26 November 2013 at 10h30, we reported the incident to DISCOVERY INSURE at approx 15h00 on the same day! We requested "Emergency Assistance" as home security had been compromised with broken windows, burglar guards etc. It is now 48 HOURS later and we have still not received the emergency assistance requested!!! The emergency assistance apparently involves a security guard for the first 48 hours - we are still waiting for this security guard to arrive!!! It is quite apparent that there is no end to the poor service delivery from this service provider for which we pay a huge amount every month!!! Perhaps we should withhold our payment this month and see if we will ever receive the service expected and offered by DISCOVERY INSURE!!!
