FNB cheated me out of my money

I am very disgusted with FNB. I used FNB Forex to transfer an amount of R5000 to AIB in Ireland on the 12th of November. The charge was two hundred and something as per the invoice. The recipient hasn't received the money. On the 26th of November I went to the FNB at The Glen to find out what the problem was. They called Forex and I was told that they had problems sending my money. They didn't even have the courtesy of calling me. I was then told that they had deducted a further 26 Euro as the money had to go via the Bank of Ireland. I was not even told about this. I was told that FNB doesn't disclose that further money would be deducted as it's their secret. I told them that it's not right for them to charge me this money without consulting with me first. To top it all off the recipient didn't get the money. When I asked them to return my money, I was told that they have to sell it to me as it's theirs now. They have deducted one hundred and fourty something from my account again. I was told that they would give me R4300 from the R5000. I'm stuck because FNB won't return my money and they won't send it to the recipient in Ireland. The lady who told me all this is Sharon Roufail.
