They put wrong money in the ATM

On Thursday I withdrew R5000 from the ATM in morningside shopping centre then I went straight to standard bank to deposit the money. I was told at Standard bank that they don't accept that R200 notes. I then went straight to the FNB branch and spoke to the store manager. She took the money and told me that I would get my money back later that day, as she had called SBV of which they told her that they made a mistake and put wrong money in the ATM. She said she would call me of which she never did I even went back to the branch and I asked my money back and she didn't give it back as she was waiting for SBV. She said she would deposit the correct money in my account and that she would call me and she didn't even bother. I then called her on Saturday morning and it still hasn't been resolved. I am now very unhappy cause the branch manager is not doing follow ups and still has my money
