Money deducted from my bank account unlawfully

I went to Outrage RC to buy my son (2 years old) a train set for Christmas. He told me that he had a lovely one that would suit my son for about R450.00 that he would get from his supplier. Weeks went by and he did not return my call or get back to me. I went into the shop several times to find out if the train had arrived and he always had some excuse.
I was leaving for my holiday on the 20th December and on the 19th when i went into the store he told me it was there. He charged my debit card and no slip came out the machine. He then said the transaction didn't go through and charged it again for R500 he said. While on holiday I checked my bank only to see that he had taken R5000 for the first transaction and R500 for the second transaction.
I immediately called him and he said he had reversed the transaction. It is now the 7th January and after repeated calls to him (which he doesn't return) he will not get back to me and the money is still not in my bank account! I am going to lay a charge if the money is not in my bank account on Friday and I will take this matter further.
Beware of this man his business practices are disgraceful to say the least!
