Unauthorised debit

About two months back I opened a Nedbank account and a credit card. I than applied for a personal loan which their system blocked because they claim I still owe a consumer credit card an amount of approx. R 12 000-00.The consultant at the branch called them 0861121321 and gave me the phone, they arrogantly told me I owed Nedbank, I told them that I remember an RCS card I had back in the day and also that that debt was paid. In 2006 when myself and wife applied for a bond it was brought to our attention that I was blacklisted by a collections law firm called Fourie and associates (011 953 1802 contact Jo-Marie or Rina) for an RCS account which we than paid and the listing was lifted. Our bond was approved and we are still living in the house.

Just now last Friday an unknown debit order went off my Nedbank account which I queried at the branch just to find Nedbank had debited my account without any consent from me and also their intended doing that for the next 12 months.
