I am very disappointed because when I took my account to FNB I was promised the best service but got nothing but a disaster. I switched and got a device, Ipad from them. I advise that my account can only be debited last day of the month. But that never happened, instead they debited on the 25th so they claim. I'm a 100% sure that they never did because FNB would have notified me of the failed debit orders. They never debited and I was unaware of it until last month when I eventually got the rejected debit. I was shocked because no one debits on the 25th but last day of the month because I get paid then. They are claiming I have not been paying and they have now gone into my account and did a double debit. They say they failed to notify me of this. This I had from one of their very stupid call centre agents Sinay. I called all f FNB before I got the right department. Sinay said I cant lay a complaint since they cant change anything or reverse the debit order. My question is, they failed to stick to the agreement we had with them and I held up the end of the bargain. I am so angry that I want to cancel the whole FNB contract with them, DEVICE, CHQ ACC, CREDIT CARD & BOND!
