Mistake of stop order was done on my creditcard

Bank division card phone me about a debit order which was paying my credit card from someone. I told them i don't know anything about that because i'm paying my credit card over the counter every month. I went to my branch to enquire. One of the agents at my branch phone the prestige division to enquire about the person who
processed that other client account. They fail to give her the person who was responsible. Now they made me a scape goat for their mistake. They don't want to accept that, either the account holder or their teller, one of them made a mistake. Zintle the branch manager at Midrand failed to help me, instead she insisted that yes a debit order was paying your account. But when i asked her that you as the bank your tellers failed to do their job. To check if my account is not having debit orders from other people account is beyond my control as i pay my account over counter. They say they are committed to excellent service, but to me they give me a bad service. Credit card is not like a debit card were you can have a peep on you phone if there's a transaction. They asked me if i use my credit card it those not peep. I say no because only my debit card peep on my phone. Help me.
