No customer satisafaction

No proper feedback on my loan application.no customer satisfaction.i went to that branch they to apply for a loan thy told me I have too many accounts I phoned transunion to get my credit report it only showed 2 retail accounts.previous I was told I don't earn enough well I got 8000 increase and they still tell me the same thing.um a banking client I won't run away please.
