Home Loan - other banks respond quicke

I have been waiting 3 weeks now for feedback on my FNB One Account application and despite several emails to Rhode Steinmann, I have yet to receive a response beyond "a One Account application takes longer than a normal application". Frustrated, I applied to Standard Bank to move all my accounts to them and to also apply for a home loan and within 24 hours I have been approved for an account and overdraft. They have also kept me up to date via sms and email with reference numbers, progress of bond application etc. With FNB I am in the dark as to the status of my application and don't even think I have a reference number.

Message to FNB: perhaps you should focus more on BANKING and not Apple/Samsung/Telkom offerings. We go to retail shops for those and to you for BANKING.
