I am writing this letter with a very great dissapointment. On the 22 October i visited savanah branch to apply for a personal loan and i was helped by Julia Du Plessis who said the sydtem is down cant get my profile on credit bereau. She promsed to come back to me with a feedback latter during the day. The days past without getting feedback and i phoned the branch left several masssages for Julia to get back to me and she did not. I went back to the branch on the 30 october and she told me my application was reffed to the credit managers and she will get back to me within 48 Hours and the 48 hours past and i phoned her she said she will follow up and come back to me by last week friday. Up today i havent received feedback. As a client I deserve to get feedback wether positive or nagative. I dont get the point of why should i pay so much fee for Platinum banking for this poor below standard service.
