I AM STILL WAITING FOR A PROPER REPLY

On the 17th of November 2013 I emailed Standard Bank's Prestige Banking department querying transactions on my account which should not have occurred and which I was unhappy about and wanted an old account of mine credited and the balance confirmed.

I received an automated email response the same day informing me that one of their consultants would contact me within 24 hours.

No one has contacted me - I am still waiting.
