Rediculious interest rate for Home Loan

I would like to ask FNB with tears in my eyes how it is possible that I get an interest rate of 9.75% fixed on an installment sale at Wesbank, but when I apply for a home loan, that is like 20 years long, I only get an interest rate of 11.35% linked.
It is almost a R1000 per month difference in the installment and over 240 months, R240 000.
Now FNB, I have been banking at you for quite a while. I am a professional in my occupation, have a clean credit record, dont have any retail accounts. And yet you are NAILING me with the interest rate. And if it was the old days, FNB would have known that I have that personality where my debt will ALWAYS be paid first. I mean, if I dont pay, I dont have a roof over my head.
But as the "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" bank's interest rates are calculated by a computer, who doesnt know jack about me, is really hoping that I will sign.
Sorry FNB, I studied long and hard, is working long and hard, and there is not a chance in that I will give my hard earned money so easily to you just because of a computer.
I might just as well buy the property on installment sale.
My accounts will be moved ASAP from the "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" Bank!!!
