26 days for a 21 day refund... and counting

On the phone as we speak (again).
Reported issue late October. Got confirmation on 31 October that it takes (as per your email) "21 days" to finalise.
Well, today is day 26 coming to a close.

A few others things:

1. Either your staff naturally or are encourages to lie. Ricardo tells me that there is no supervisor available? Really? Even for a massive corporate like you who have crisis' all the time? Surprisingly enough, I was put through to Giselle and Anthony. No supervisors? Are the call centre agents running the show and decisions?

2. I have been told that the waiting period for disputes is 21 working days. Kindly note that your email states clearly "21 days". In the world of business, 21 days and 21 working days could mean life and death. In terms of the consumer protection act, I am holding you liiable for 21 days (not working days). This ened on 21 October 2013 at 23:59.

As a platinum member, I fear what other lower tier members are treated like. In fact, I am wondering if there are any benefit to being an "elite" member?

On the phone now with Nobu (I think). Sad that she bears the brunt for Anthony and team to sort this out for ANOTHER 48hrs.
