Takes 10 Working day to Activate

Called the Call Centre on 15 Jan 2014 if i am correct was promised that it will take 10 working days for my line to be activated. The one agent did email me the details not going to give the agents name.

Today it is 28 Jan 2014 and my line is still not active and i cant use my R339 bundle as its not yet active.
Yesterday after complaining by the Call Centre i was told that there was a problem and that the request was send to Telkom on 21 Jan 2014 only. Telkom also confirmed that order was only placed 21 Jan 2014.

Please note that if i was told it takes 15 working days and it toke 10 that will be awesome.
DONT SAY IT TAKES 10 WORKING DAYS BUT IN FACT IT TAKES LONGER.
Learn to under promise and over deliver.
