3 days pass and nothing

On 18 October 2013, I bought domething on HiFi corpotation's website and took the option for free delivery it states 1 - 3 days. well it is now almost 22H00 on 23 October 2013 and still nothing, not even a phone call. When going to track it, it shows that it is still in JHB, I live in CPT. so why show 1-3 days if it may take longer!!!
