UNAUTHORISED DEBIT TRANSFER DONE BY FNB

At 11:59 today i received a notification that R250 was transferred from my cheque account to my credit card. This was done without telephonic confirmation from me that this has been authorised. I called the call centre to enquire this and was told that this had been actioned by one of their agents. I received a call from FNB on my work number yesterday to advise me of the payment that was due and i told the agent that i will make the payment but no value was stipulated. No notification was sent to let me know that this would be done. Is this the policy of FNB, to just take money from their clients accounts without them knowing? This from a bank that's slogan is "How can we help you? " This is not the first incidence of bad service i've had with FNB. In the last two years i have been told that i'm under debt review, i've been handed over to lawyers and now this!!! Service, let alone customer service, is a concept that FNB will never understand!
