Joshua Doore I don't understand

Today I received a call from lawyers where my JD account was handed over to this after making arrangements with them. Why was my account handed over? These lawyer guys calls me and threatens me to make a double payment of the arrangement otherwise he will list me on ITC, Blacklist, put a judgement and a default all in one. I called JD to get a statement after I removed myself frm debt review they refused to send it, I then made the arrangement and have been making payment BUT i still get smses from these guerrilla lawyers claiming that they never received my payment as soon as i tell them the date payment was made they can all of a sudden see it. I called in yesterday to ask for my statement and I was told they will get back to me in 72hrs, this after being pushed from pillar to post. I was on debt review and then got retrenched hence i made the arrangement but JD is not even trying to help a customer with a statement and for me to see what payments my debt counselor made, why is this??! I don't understand! Can someone please get back to me on this matter, I'm so disappointed as to why we are treated like rubbish and threatened.
