YOUR OWN MONEY IS NOT YOUR MONEY

I don't even know what to say... I drew money at a ATM. The sms came through that money went off yet cash I never received. I phoned my bank in Knysna, the lady told me she would log a call and come back to me. The next day I phoned 5 times after she promised to phone me back. The next day I decided to walk to the bank, seeing as this was the only way they had to give me a direct response. What a luck... NOTHING!!! She would have phoned me back yesterday, and it is not happening. All I want is my OWN money... Why is that so complicated???
