I applied for an advance loan with them and successfully it went through. Then on my payday, they debited their once off money but came back for another one in just 3 days after . i phoned them about this and they promised to do a refund, I was happy thinking I would get my money back without having to go to the bank for a reverse. a day after, i checked my money was not there. i called them again and they only told me to go to a bank to check, I went to Nedbank in Alexandra Pan Africa Mall and Benmore Gardens for the same enquiry and I was told that my money was never refunded and that they cannot reverse it for me for some reasons. I then called the Street Spirit again but with no help. I am very dissappointed with them of their bad service with me. i do not have money to do the ups and downs anymore, please advise. it was my last money for transport and pocket money. I am very, very sad
