My bank card was used. Money drawn out of account on Saturday 2/3/13.I phoned bank to stop my card on 3/3/13.Went to bank 4/3/13, only to establish card was never [URL Removed] forms and followed up with Avodia and Antoinette. Last mentioned undertook to advise me re.refund of my money. Till today no answer. Tried to get hold of their department, was advised that I am not allowed to speak to them. Yesterday phoned again Avodia promised to give feedback -no answer yet.
Other banks refunds money after just 5 days.
I was told by the bank I must take an overdraft. This is unacceptable.
This money was withdrawn whilst my card was in my handbag over the weekend, I was advised by the bank my card was cloned, this is not my fault why must I battle to get my money?
