Over-deduction on paid up Account

I would like for an explanation why money was deducted from my account after I settled in September. I have sent JD Financial services my bank statement which shows the over deduction in October. I have also attached proof of payment made in September. I have received no Feedback except an email escalating to some other department. This has again happened this month and I am now at my wits end. I would like for someone to call me regarding this or if you can't please refer me to someone who will be able to assist me and I will call them. The customer service in this company is completely non existent or they just don't care.
