I have had the unpleasant experience from Javs financial services from the word go. I applied and paid a fee of R399 they charged in August. September only were my documents looked at. From September until the 13th November it took to give me a decline reason. I was advised i will get my refund on Monday the 18th November. To date i have received nothing and no courtesy call. There was only one good interaction I have had with Riaz Ros who is a manager who always responds via email when i request. The rest of his staff are rude and abrupt and never stick to calling back when they promise. I want my money back if there was no financial service provided. And I am tired of calling everyday for feedback. I work in a call centre and i have to give the best customer service at all times. The service from this place took 4 months to assist and a week to still pay and never to call!!!
