I am generally the first to complain about the poor service that one receives from Insurance companies in general. However I must compliment MiWay (with my claim handler in particular - Surprise Mahlangu)
Her assistance was high quality and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She processed and approved my claim within 15minutes, continually followed up and made sure my window was replaced timeously. She made the effort to phone around and move my claim to a supplier that had stock of the glass that I needed, as there is a shortage in the country and no supplier had stock. However she took the time and effort to phone around and find a supplier/branch that had stock of the glass to ensure my window was replaced within 2 days of my break in. Her assistance helped me avoid a 7 day wait for a new window. As a woman travelling on my own her assistance and going the extra mile, ensured my safety and is greatly appreciated. I am very grateful, thankful and happy with the good service and friendly attitude that I received in processing my claim and getting an awful situation such as a break in, sorted out quickly and hassle free.
