Poorest service ever!!!

I am trying to find out what the remaining balance on my loan is. The reason being is that I want to settle the loan. I phoned several times and then I am given numbers for other offices that are also unable to assist me. I haven't received a statement in about 6 months to show what I still owe them, and every time I phone them, they have excuses that they are not able to assist me and give me random numbers to phone, also without any luck! I have never been mistreated like this at any other company. My personal feeling is that they should shut their doors and step out of business if this the way they operate.
