I have been a client of direct axis for some time now, all my re payments not once did they have to phone me for a unpaid debit order, if i had loans on long periods of repayment i would settle it in the first 2 years or so. They never had any problems with me as a client or to get there money from me. I applied for a loan on Tuesday reason i would like to settle all my other accounts and only pay direct axis which i am defnitaly going to settle the full R 80 000.00 before the end of the year, seeing that in the time i was a client of them they gave me the best service ever and ive never had any problems with them. This morning i phoned to find out what the outcome is seeing that i need the money, they declined it because i dont qualify for a loan with them now? I am so dissapointed in the service they should remove me from the system, never ever want me to be a client of them again, if thats how they treat true and loyal and on time payers and who settles the accounts before hand and cannot even make effort for a client they can keep the service they provide.
