I had a loan with Direct Axis and was in a position to deposit a large sum into the account, where my balance would be a lesser amount. i was informed that my repayments would remain the same. All fine and well. I had to settle in full. I called in and asked if i settle in full can i apply for the balance that i needed and my repayments would then be less. Also asked what are the chances of a new loan. I was informed that my chances were very good and if i settle i could apply for a new loan. i settled the account, next day phoned in only to be told i had to wait 10 days before i could re-apply. Numerous phone calls to the call centre, asking to speak to a Team Leader, who was never there or not available. messages let for a Team Leader to call me back, nobody to this day has called me back. I now sit out of pocket and nobody at Direct Axcis is willin to assist. System are not the end of the road. A plan can be made, give me my money back!
