Direct Axis

Plz don't ever take out a personal loan with Direct axis, they promise you stuff and never deliver. I've been paying almost double the loan back, and in september 2013 I received a statement showing my owing balance R590 since Sept they deducted R260 that is 3 month and I'm still owing a load. I've tried phoning and sending email asking for my balance - no response.
