Imagine someone really interested in helping!!!

Having had a stupid but costly accident in my car, I contacted A&G to explain the circumstances. Not only did she (Claudia) listen sympathetically, but after hearing my story gave me her direct line to contact with any questions on the process or next steps!!! I was obviously pleased that the claim was honored, but far more impressive to me was the daily contact I had, I constantly know what the progress on the claim was, next steps etc and felt personally nurtured by someone who cared! Wow. Now need to insure my new car... No question where I am going..A &G, you rock!
