Why offer to help when you dont!!!

I applied for a credit card with my own bank which i have been with for over 20 years!!! they declined me as i have a judgement which is paid in full and a comment on ITC reflects there! and a BS storey of the ITC and credit bs, i was given a credit card from African bank with a R15 000 credit limit! where is the loyalty anymore you really don't give a s...!!! about your customers, i also asked for a settlement amount on my smart device and yet still waiting from last week no one has bothered to contact me or email me or anything it just shows you that its all just advertising and they don't really want to help you what so ever, they keep calling you and apologising for the inconvenience but they don't mean it at all. you guys just waist our time and continue to do false advertising!!!
