CLAIM for "accidental claim"

I sent a claim in after a MVA, I was a passenger, was hospitalised for 3 days, had laceration to my head, (sutures). I sent a claim in as I have the MiWay accidental death and Injury benefit.
They did ask I send all the paperwork together with my claim, as well as the Medical report -
To date I still have not received any response, contacted, left messages and they still have not replied to my claim.
When calling all they say is, "has no one contacted you ". I reply no and then they say someone will contact me.
I am in-act still waiting -Injury date 09.10.2013...
