I have been trying to call FNB on 0875759405 from 08:10 this morning till now (09:15) but could not get through a consultant. I had to keep authenticating myself and each time I selected the option of speaking to a consultant I got kept on hold. At one point when i did get through a consultant the call was dropped.
This has been by far the worst service I have ever had to experience from FNB. I changed my account from Nedbank to FNB based on there ads, however I seem to have made the worst decision ever.
