No Knowledge of own products - Waste clients money

I had called into multichoice call centre and only to experience the worst service ever, Firstly i spoke to someone who that found it so difficult to understand what i was saying which was something so simple. Secondly the consultant does not even know what products DSTV offers and fought on the line with me indicating that i was talking nonsense. I then forwarded a screendump of the services DSTV offers on the website, he then puts me on hold forever to find out about this. At this point i had lost all patience and decided to put down the call after a EXHAUSTING 45min. I sent the consultant emails but no response to date. This has been the WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I would like someone to contact me back to talk about the service i received.
