The worst customer service i've ever received

I called in to the call centre to get my micro sim activated (thought this was supposed to be an easy process). The 1st consultant that i spoke to, told me to call FNB and they will be able to activate it. Then i called FNB and i was advised that Cell C need to activate it as it is a Cell C sim card. Then i called again and this time i waited 18 minutes before i got through to a consultant. She asked for my ID no and asked me a few security questions, after which she just disappeared. After another few minutes i was transferred to rate the service and then the call was terminated. At this point i dont know whats going on? I dont know if it was done? I dont know if i must call back again? Are you serious about letting your customers wait 20 mins to get through to a consultant and then you dont ven give me the service that i need. I will NEVER do any deals with Cell C again. This is the worst experience that i ever received from any company. I am disgusted!
