I want my money

I fixed my money at capitec and on september 2013 I gave them 30 days notice than by 6 august I need it.but I didn't get it until now after that they told me about many address that appear on my name and they asked for affidavit to cormfim my current address I did that but even now.and the manager of head office has many storries now she said people who can help me about this are busy people its not easy to get them so I'm tired of this that's why I need help. I hate capitec bank I'm waiting for my money after that I will change to onother bank.
