Debited for a car that was paid up in full

This month alone MFC has debited me a total of R12947.57 of my current account. what makes me me even more upset is that some of the debits are going thru my account even after the car has been paid off!!! I still have not recieved feedback with regards to my complaint last week with regards to the two debits than. I an closing ALL my Nebank accounts if the matter is not sorted out today, just like how i closed my MFC account i will do the same with my current account, credit cards, savings account and my investment account and i will blame MFC for me closing my accounts due to the bad horrible service that I am getting from you and the trouble i have to go through to get my funds back from you. please treat this as urgent???
