Harrassment

Its that time of the year again (this incident has been recurring over the last 5 years)...
As per my previous correspondence, i am now officially being harrassed -surely our laws need to come to play here.
I am being harrassed (daily phone calls, emails and sms's) being sent about a debt that I know nothing about and when asking the company to provide the details of the debt - they cannot!!!
Please help me or the ombudsman is the next port of call.
