I phone fnb insurance, first of all all phone number not working... Sorry the number you dialed does not exist??
When i, at last got the correct phone number Thandewe pick up. Hello sir can i help you yes please i have an outstanding claim. O sorry sir the person working with that is not working she will work tomorrow..??? What now can i speak to someone els... Hold on sir, I'm still holding its been now almost 15 minutes!! The worst of all its not the first time I DO THINK ANY ONE THATS WITH FNB INSURANCE MUST CHANGE. I WILL NO LONGER TAKE THIS! Cant believe this of a number 1 bank the service is terrible! Im going to put the phone down now THANKS
