CLAIMING FROM INSURANCE HAS NEVER BEEN THIS EASY

On 12 November 2013 i registered a cellphone claim with my insurance (First For Women). I was helped by a very friendly, efficient consultant (Mothati), who explained the process and diligently took the details of the claim. in no time, she advised that my claim had been settled and the money would be transferred to my bank account, she advised that the process may take anything between 2 to 3 working days. I was so suprised to wake up to an sms notification from my bank this morning that the money was in my bank account! Big up to Mothati (keep doing what you do) and First For Women. I have had a number of bad/terrible experiences with previous insurance companies in the past when it came to claims... this was a breeze! thank u, thank u! Now i don't have to be without a phone for much longer, i can purchase a phone as soon as stores open:) *whoop whoop*
