Greenbacks non delivery of products

I ordered a product through the greenbacks site on the 8th of November 2013. Since then my order stays pending and nothing else happens. My order number is 1033315

I have called the call centre and after being promised they will get to the bottom of the problem, I have heard nothing from them. At present I have no idea if anyone is trying to resolve this issue.

If anyone here is planning on using their greenbacks to purchase gifts for Christmas please think twice. I have already waited almost 3 weeks and still heard nothing. You and your loved ones will be sorely disappointed with these service levels.
