Ordered Flowers Nedbank Greenbacks - NO DELIVERY

I placed an order for flowers on Nedbank Greenbacks website, using my Nedbank Greenbacks which I'd saved. The flowers were for my sister who was having a baby.
I had ordered the flowers on the 20th of October and requested that they be delivered by the 23rd of October... this never happened so I had to phone them (I'm currently in Australia!!) and they informed me that it takes 5 to 10 working days for delivery! So I had them change the address to my sisters home address... well today was 10 working days... and NO flowers have been delivered. So my 20 min internationcal call was for nothing. AND the greenbacks used for the flowers have been removed from my account. Also when I got through to their call centre the address they had for me was outdated and not in line with what my account said etc etc. Whoever is running this bank should consider a alternate career plan. Hopefully after 2 weeks this complaint may get me some service. ALSO they very conveniently don't offer an email address to contact them on... and I'll be damned if I have to make another international call to address their inefficiencies!!!
