Nobody at fnb call centers know what they are doing!! I have wasted over R400 airtime calling and trying to find someone who can assist me, all they do is keep transfering me n giving numbers to call!! over the period of calling them I learnt there whole sercurity question process but still haven't resolved my problem!! I been with fnb for many years n this was far the worst service I have received!! due time I take my business to them elsewhere... highly disappointed!!
