Greenbacks Dont Delive

I ordered a gift for my Father for Fathers Day due to Greenbacks very clever marketing of their offers - and as I am in Cape Town any my Father is in Johannesburg.

Obviously the order wasn't delivered by required delivery date and upon following up am advised that the order has been cancelled as they cant honour the delivery date. I "should" have received an SMS? I have been online and the order is in processing, so not sure how I would have known.

Further more I should wait 2 working days for a response. Someone at Nedbank Greenbacks really should be able to do maths, this really isn't acceptable or professional at all. Fathers Day is on Sunday - the Greenbacks staff who I have been on the phone to for an unreasonable amount of time really need to catch a wake up.

Time to change banks!
